1. Exchange Policy
Non-Offer Products:
- Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order. To initiate the process, kindly email us at care@ta-era.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 9711234421 with your order number. - Exchange Process:
- To proceed with the exchange the product (earrings or necklace) to the following address within 2 days. Ensure the product is securely packed with bubble wrap and includes the original invoice. shipping to be borne by client from both side ,

- Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for exchange. - Exchange Outcome:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the returned item. The coupon code will be sent within 5 business days and can be used for future purchases at your convenience.
Offer Products:
- Exchange Restrictions:
For promotional offers such as: - 3 Earrings for ₹1000
- 3 Necklaces for ₹1500
- Sale items under ₹250 or ₹450
- Any other discounted products
No exchanges are allowed on these items. We will only replace damaged or missing items with the same design.
2. Return Policy
Non-Offer Products:
- Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@ta-era.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 9717234421. - Return Process for Damaged Products:
We will arrange for a pickup of the damaged item. Once we receive the returned product, we will promptly dispatch a replacement. - Non-Damaged Returns:
If you wish to return a non-damaged product, you need return the item (earrings, necklace, sunglasses, or footwear) to the following address within 2 working days. The product must be in its original condition, with intact packaging, refund will be given in form of store credit/discount code

3. Refund Policy
In the case of a refund, we don’t have cash refund, we will issue a coupon code or gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item. This can be used for future purchases at your convenience.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders as long as the product hasn't yet shipped / out for delivery. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
If the order is successfully cancelled, a refund will be issued, though shipping fees will be deducted. Any tax-related charges resulting from the cancellation will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Important Notes
- No Returns/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade products, sale items, or international orders.
6. Defective and Damaged Items
At Taera, we take utmost care to inspect and pack our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours via email at care@ta-era.com or WhatsApp at +91- 9717234421. We will promptly assist you by arranging a return and dispatching a replacement once the faulty item has been returned
